Big surprise here...

April 27 (Bloomberg) -- Tim Tebow already has surpassed one of the records Mark Sanchez set as a rookie quarterback with the New York Jets last season.
A first-round pick of the Denver Broncos, Tebow sold more jerseys during the National Football League’s draft weekend than any other rookie or current player.
Bengals choose Carlos Dunlap in Round 2 of NFL Draft. Although some say he is a bit of a gamble given his recent DUI that precluded him from participating in the SEC Championship game, many think he is a steal at this point in the draft.

Carlos Dunlap says he saw “two or three” Bengals games last season. That limited viewing sample was more than enough to convince him he’s heading to the right situation.
The Bengals made Dunlap, a 6-6, 277-pound defensive end from the University of Florida, their second-round pick of the 2010 NFL Draft Friday night. They saw and knew more of Dunlap than he did of them. What they found convinced them that despite a DUI arrest last December and criticism that his on-field effort didn’t always match his physical talents, he was the right fit for them.
Now each gets the opportunity to prove them self correct.
Tim Tebow has been drafted by the Denver Broncos in round one of the NFL draft. Best of luck to him!

Tim Tebow scored the highest marks out of all participating quarterbacks in the vertical jump, 3 cone drill, 20 yard shuttle, and 60 yard shuttle. He finished second in the broad jump and fourth out of eight in the 40-yard dash with a not-too-shabby time of 4.72 seconds. See the detailed results on NFL.COM.

The dismantling of a legend is in full force. These days, it is easy to wonder if Tim Tebow ever played football at all.
Listen, and you will hear about the long, loopy flaw in his delivery. Read, and you will find those who question his feet, his arm and his ability to read an opposing defense. Pay attention, and you will find those who think any NFL team interested in drafting Tebow is wasting its time.
Then there is Sam Wyche, who suggests the critics should worry more about their accuracy than Tebow's.
"If this guy can't be a starting quarterback in the NFL," said Wyche, a former Bucs coach, "then I was in the wrong profession for a lot of years."
The Gators kick ass on National signing day...
Florida may have lost in the SEC title game and coach Urban Meyer may be taking a leave of absence, but nothing has slowed the Gators on national letter-of-intent signing day.
Defensive end Ronald Powell of Moreno Valley, Calif, the nation's top-ranked recruit in the ESPNU 150, signed his letter of intent on Wednesday. The Gators also have signed the top defensive tackle in the class, Dominique Easley of Staten Island, N.Y. (No. 3 in the rankings), and the top safety, Jonathan Dowling of Bradenton, Fla. (No. 10 in the rankings).
According to Gator Clause at the Miami Herald blog, Urban has decided not to take a leave of absence and will join the team in the spring. This should help recruiting!
Urban Meyer said on Saturday night at the basketball game that he's not taking a leave of absence and plans to coach the Gators during spring football. Here's what I want to know: Did anything really change over the last month? AND, was it any coincedence that Meyer dropped this news bombshell on the weekend super recruit Ronald Powell visited Gainesville?
